Refund & Returns Policy
Kaezri offers a customer-friendly 15-day return window from delivery date. Products must remain unused, in original packaging with tags attached. The policy excludes custom orders, final sale items, and gift cards from returns.
The return process requires email contact to Support@kaezri.com for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from Kaezri's error. Inspection occurs within 3-5 business days, with refunds processed in 7-10 business days to original payment methods.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Alternatives include exchanges for size/color variations and store credit options. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days with photographic evidence for expedited resolution.
